But the taking of turmeric on daily basis does not give miracle result to loss weight. It has only support to lose weight and protect the body from different diseases. To lose weight a person has to follow the correct diet plan and do regular exercise with the advice of his trainer. How to use turmeric to lose weight

You can easily use turmeric in the daily diet. It can be easily used with pulses, vegetable, non-veg item and milk. It can also be used in the form of Turmeric tea. It can also be used with warm milk.

Note: using of turmeric in large quantity is may harm your body so be careful in using of a large amount of turmeric in the daily dose. It may cause abdominal upset and lower the blood sugar in diabetic patients when taken with diabetes medication.
